Hello Atlassian Community,
We have recently completed the development of an alpha version of a new login flow for Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence, featuring two-step verification.
Are you interested in providing feedback that will shape this solution? Then we want to talk to you! Simply submit this form and we’ll be in touch.
Your feedback will be invaluable in helping us validate the usability and reliability of this new solution, as well as its compability with external authentication sources.
We are looking for Data Center Jira Software, JSM and Confluence instance administrators who:
could test this early version in staging environments,
and either
consider using the built-in two-step verification,
or
are currently utilizing external SSO solution.
The Alpha program will span approximately 6 weeks. As a participant of the EAP, we will keep lines of communication open with you throughout the entire process. You can expect the following to occur:
Participants will be provided with a jar file containing either the Jira or Confluence product version, featuring the new login flow, and instructions on how to install and test it in the staging environment.
Participants will need to install the JAR file, test the login flow according to the provided instructions, and then record feedback.
2 weeks after receiving the jar file, we will arrange a 60-minute Zoom call to gather your feedback.
Additionally, we are interested in conducting a 30-minute usability test with one of your users, although this is optional.
Communication during the EAP will take place through a private Community group, where you can share feedback or questions with us and other EAP participants.
You have the freedom to withdraw from the program at any point.
Sign up today to be a part of the two-step verification EAP.
We will verify all submissions, to make sure that EAP participants are the right fit.
