Will changing my Java Install from 64-bit to 32-bit screw up my Crowd server?

Jimmy Sauvegeau
December 20, 2019

I have successfully installed and configured my Crowd server and was about set it up as a service in Windows. Come to find out, I cannot run Crowd as a service when running JDK 64-bit. If I install JDK 8 32-bit and then change my System Variable to point to the 32-bit version, will it break anything?

No, it won't break anything.
