We are connecting Crowd with Active Directory.

How can we ensure that user information is automatically created in crowd from Active directory automatically. Like when a new user is added in AD it automatically gets added in Crowd. Is it an out of box feature of Crowd. Or a customized solution would be required.

That is the primary function of Crowd. Please read the documentation for basic "can it do this?" quiestions. If you run into issues, or unexpected behavior the community is here to help.
