Does anyone know a way to automatically remove users from spaces permissions (if listed individually) when they become deactivated?

We don't want to see a bunch of deactivated users listed when reviewing space permissions.

Suggestions / recommendations?

Cheers,

Jonathan

Hi @Jonathan Smith

There isn't a native option as far as I know.

It might be possible using an App which provides scripting capabilities in Confluence, such as...

I'm not sure how you'd build this specific function, but I'd contact Marketplace vendors ahead of purchasing an App, and see if they can advise if it's possible :)
