Our crowd users limit is exhausted and we are unable to go to console and deactivate or delete the users. we only see page with text box asking for new license text.
You will need to enter a 30-day evaluation license key and then delete unnecessary users. Then go to 'Settings > Licensing > Recalculate your user total'. Finally you can update the license key field with its previous value.
Please read the following KB for more details: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/users-are-unable-to-log-in-after-updating-the-license-223223576.html
Hope this helps.

Thank you for response.
When I try to generate evaluation licese key it asks for server id.
I can not go to atlassian console so can not find server id using that option.
As per KB I checked https://my.atlassian.com/products but I do not see server ID. I can find all other details like SEN, license text, history, contacts, etc but I do not find server ID.
Is there any other way to find server ID?
Regards,
Manish

Yes, there is.
You will find your Crowd server ID in <crowd.home>/shared/crowd.cfg.xml
<property name="crowd.server.id">XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX</property>
As a reminder, <crowd.home> is the directory you defined in
crowd-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/crowd-init.properties when installing Crowd.
