I have to add multiple users to existing groups in crowd I thought this was done by importing 2 csv files, one for the new users and one for the groups in which I want them. However it only seems to import the new users and not assign them to the groups. How do you assign multiple new users to existing groups?
Hi, Jamie.
You should be able to add the memberships to the users by using the CSV importer. Maybe you have missed something in the process?
In this KB you'll find an example of this usage, but in that scenario, it was focussed on getting a copy of a group membership into another. In any case, there you'll find out how to import only memberships into Crowd: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/how-to-create-a-copy-of-a-group-membership-to-a-new-group-in-crowd-732269562.html
Let me know if that helps or if you have any questions, Jamie! :)
