Hello,
I upgraded crowd and want to import backup data, but failed with strange error.
Now I should put backup.xml file, but it says 'the file does not exist'.
However, the file exists exactly in that address.
Do you have any idea what happened here?
I set docker environment in ubuntu 18.04 and run crowd, jira and some other containers.
and accessed crowd from windows 10 PC.
This backup.xml is automatically generated and stored in "crowd-version#\run-data\shared\backups" and contains the information about version, build number/data, directoy(users), etc.
Please let me know if you have any idea or need further information.
Thank you so much!
