@Heiko Treunerif you aware of username you can get user key using get user api and using username in parameter.

yes but i don't want the key i would like the id for linking the user profile in crowd audit log

@Heiko Treuner  I think there is no ID field against user, what they have to uniquely identify user is 'key'.

Yes iknow, but i cant use the key for the audit log the field to identify the user to go to the user entry which have make changes in the audit log
