Execution Cycle Message when attempting to Create an Issue

When in a project on Jira, I've tried to create a couple of issue types, one test scenario and one test case and it's generating an 'Execution Cycle: Execution Cycle is required ' banner message. How can this be resolved?

What app are you using for handling test management in Jira?

I'm currently using IE and Edge, but both produce the same message when using Jira to create test cases, etc.
