Hello *,
I have copied a user in ubuntu 18.04 incl. installation of JIRA, Confluence and Crowd. Crowd has been set up completely for user management of JIRA + Cofluence incl. SSO for old user. Now after copying all old user files, JIRA + Confluence directories have been all corrected. Crowd as well.
But starting all server there still is an error left at Crowd with a message like: Couldn't save crowd.cfg.xml to /home/<old_user>/atlassian/crowd-home/shared directory.
The question now: where to look for this file entry to correct the old user by new one? Might it be saved in the database?
Thanks in advance for help.
Issue resolved.
Besides several files it finally was about the crowd-init.properties file to correct the path / old user.
