Hi,
We have 2 directories configured. One directory is an LDAP connector with ~33,000 users, and the other directory is a delegated authentication directory with no users yet. The goal is to have all of the users from the LDAP connecter imported into the delegated authentication directory so that we can assign groups without having users login first (and thus having their account automatically created in the directory).
When we try the directory importer, it never seems to add any users to the delegated authentication directory. We have tried turning the logging on com.atlassian.crowd up to 'ALL', and it does look like it is processing users. However, even after leaving it for 24hours, there are still no users appearing in the directory and no sign of any errors in the logs. Is there anything else we can try, or are we going about this wrong in the first place?
Same issue we are facing - One directory is an LDAP connector with 100000+ users, and the other directory is a delegated authentication directory with no users.
Any sugession on this?
