Cannot remove alias from a user

I have a crowd user with configured alias for bitbucket, jira and confluence.

Now I need to remove this alias but give me an error when I click the button "Remove alias".

The error is "Alias [usernameX] already in use for application [jira] by user [usernameY]"

Has it already happened to you too? Some solutions?

Which version of Crowd are you running?

And what happens if you go to the Jira application, usernameY? Can you see usernameX listed there?
