when uploading mp4 and flashvideo file it does not work

tried to upload those 2 types of file, and when wanted to view the they do nothing and th plugin is installed.

Hey Prateek,

Actually I raised a bug report for .swf files as you can see here:

Unfortunately, currently flash videos and mp4 videos are not supported by Confluence. The supported formats are : SWF, MOV, WMA, WMV, MPEG, MPG,RAM, RM, MP3, and AVI.
