when i try to use bullet point, the numbering does not continue after an image.. wonder why

I am tying to work on a user manual where after the description a image follows.

In this case after the image, bullet point again starts from 1 instead of continuing the number.

does confluence has this feature where it can continue the numbering after the image also the way it is done in MS word.

As I understand, you need to use a numbered list that contains an image, but the feature is not working.
