updating Confluence Base URL using REST API

are there any REST API's to update base URL in confluence , like JIRA

it seems there is no rest api for that, check the latest rest api here

https://docs.atlassian.com/atlassian-confluence/REST/latest/

it there anyother way we can update the base url from within the plugin

@atlassian:

It's 2017 and there is still no REST API for that use case?

Customers need this to update the base URL to automatically refresh their test/dev instances. I don't want to write fancy Java classes to do that. Just post the new base URL in my deploy script.

EDIT: I created a suggestion ticket in JIRA, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-53472
