unable to manage plugins or edit pages

1E DevOps July 18, 2017

Hi Team,

we are facing an issue in our installation which doesn't allows us to edit any pages. We tried to disable some of the the plugins and it was impossible too.

We have checked that the base URL is matching in the Confluence configurations.

Thanks

Ok, can you describe exactly what "can not edit" and "cannot change plugins" really means.  Do the options appear?  Errors when you try to change things?

Hi nic,

After editing a page and tryed to save we encounter an error message

Same message, if I tried to disable a plugin.

Thanks

Ok, that's happening after the licence checks.  Could you read the logs to see what it's doing?

If you can't create or edit pages, then that probably means you have an expired evaluation licence or you have gone over the number of users your licence allows for.

Check the users and licence pages for info (there should be a highlighted box telling you if you're over)
