Hi,
In Balsamiq Wireframes cloud 24 are unable to access PNG files stored as attachments in the cloud.
While we are accessing files in cloud we are getting this error.
Kindly do needful with solutions.

Syed.

Hey Syed,
Sorry for the continued problems here, my friend. Are you able to edit the affected projects at all? If you can, make a small change and then exit the editor and that should fix the issue.
Let me know if not and we can dig deeper with the dev team.

Hi Brendan,
I tried making an edit to the affected projects in the editor, but the issue still persists.
Some wireframe pages are fetched without any issues, but on a few pages, I'm getting the error: "Unable to access PNG stored as attachment."
It would be great if we could dig deeper with the dev team to get this resolved.
Let me know what the next steps are.
Regards,
Syed

@Syed Mubarak How is your question related to Confluence? Are you trying to access the files from within a Confluence page?

Hi Barbara,
Yes, the issue is related to Confluence. I’m trying to access the files (specifically PNGs) that are stored as attachments within certain Confluence pages. While some wireframe pages load without any problems, others show an error stating "Unable to access PNG stored as attachment."
If you have any suggestions on how to resolve this, please guide us as the migration process is still ongoing.
Regards,
Syed Mubarak.
