Edited

Hi I have time issue on confluence, here is the scenario:

the main issue is 1 hour different between time of OS and confluence systemtime.

RHEL 7

openjdk version "1.8.0_282"

confluence 7.13

[confluence@ ~]$ date
Sun Mar 26 14:45:16 +0330 2023

System info of confluence:

View System Information
Confluence Information
System Date Sunday, March 26, 2023
System Time 3:45:16 PM

I add below line and restart service but issue still remain.

vi /opt/atlassian-confluence/bin/setenv.sh
CATALINA_OPTS="-Duser.timezone=Asia/Tehran ${CATALINA_OPTS}"

installed tzdate version:  tzdata-2022g-1.el7.noarch

@Sevag KeoshgerianThanks for answer, time zone set correctly now, but in some country like Iran no longer observes DST after 2022. so time zone must be update from +04:30GMT to +03:30GMT.

Any other idea?
