I a have a disagreement with our Confluence and Jira admin that Atlassian is no longer providing work-arounds and only doing upgrades to LTS.
I have not been able to find the document so that the admin will actually listen to me or am I totally wrong?
I'm a Cloud Engineer that pushes the new versions via code, but I'm getting tired of this disagreement every month.
Please advise.
Your Atlassian admin is always right, you shouldn't argue with them.
Sorry both servers are hosted in one of our AWS accounts. So they are DC versions.

Hi @Harryman, Rob look here for Server EOL info.
What does Server end of support mean?
As of 23:59 AEST on February 15, 2024, Atlassian and Marketplace Partners no longer provide technical support for any issues, security updates, or bug fixes for critical vulnerabilities. Regular security updates help protect your business from threats and vulnerabilities, so we recommend moving to our Cloud or Data Center products as soon as possible.
Do I need to upgrade my Server version?
If you are eligible for dual licensing, be sure to upgrade to the most recent LTS versions for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and/or Confluence, as they’ll continue to receive bug fix releases as you complete your migration to Cloud.
The final Server Long Term Support (LTS) releases are Jira Software 9.12, Jira Service Management 5.12, and Confluence 8.5.
Are there any changes to Data Center?
We know Data Center is a pivotal step in the long-term path to Cloud for our customers who can’t move yet due to company mandate or require a multi-year transition. We will continue to meet those needs; there are no plans to end support for Data Center.
