remove user from group doesn't work

I have 3 users in a certain group, which won't go out.

I'm talking about the list in

/admin/users/domembersofgroupsearch.action?membersOfGroupTerm=

On their profile, the group gets removed, but they stay in the list.

We haven't noticed it till now.

Because we sent a mail with share to the specific group, we noticed that those 3 were included and received the mail too.

Is there a way to fix this?

The user is from ldap/AD. However, we don't sync groups from ldap - the groups are all local

Is this group is Confluence Internal group or this group created other User directory like ldap ..etc ?
