I want to make an automation with weekly scheduled trigger, that creates new Confluence blog post on a certain template with title containing next weeks dates.
I read Use Jira automation with Confluence | Cloud automation Cloud | Atlassian Support tutorial, but it doesn't say anything about blog posts.
I tried an automation, but it allows to create page but not blog post, as I can't see blogs parent pages in option.
Is it possible to create a blog post instead of page to Confluence with automation?
Thanks!
Hello @Kerli Loopman
You might be able to do that through an automation rule using the Send Web Request action and using the Confluence REST API for creating blog posts.
