Some pages give "page not found" error. It gives this error even with admin user.
I can find the page in the search and in the tree
This happened only to some pages and the rest of the pages in the same space can be seen without any problem

Within the Space permission, the admin user does not have access to the view. When I tick the view, it is not saved and it returns to the previous settings

Admin does not mean user will have access to all pages/spaces. 

Restrictions are added in space level and it can be in page level also. Page restrictions are inherited from parent pages. So go to space settings --> Permissions --> Restricted pages tab. Grant access to yourself.

Regarding space permission page not getting saved, try in different browsers like edge, mozilla etc
