only Black colour displayed while editing page

In confluence 6.1.2, while in Edit page mode, I am not able to see different font colors except Black in the top menu bar.

Rilwan,

Can you let me know which browser and the version of that browser that this is occurring in? Did it previously work? If so, what has changed since it last worked? 

Can you also check Developer Tools on your browser and the Network tab and see if perhaps anything is throwing an error?

One more thing - Can you confirm you still have the issue when you disable all add-ons in your browser and also in Incognito/Private Browsing mode?
