/ not working

In a demo video is told about the power of the "/"  character.  to open macro's.

On my system it does not work at all.
in the video I se more features that don't work at all..
Why?

OK, with Confluence Server, you'll need to use the { key to do pretty much the same.

They updated the editor on Confluence Cloud to use different keyboard shortcuts.

However, on cloud, / is the new {

I would suggest that you empty your browser cache and try again.

If that fails, maybe something is badly broken on your Confluence Cloud instance, and if that's the case, you should contact Atlassian for support.

seems that we run  Confluence server.
this version seem scanty.
