missing symbol and image when export to word

I try to edit some image in confliuence on demand and when I click the "export to word" , all the images and symbol are missing.

and I try to search workarounds or something, They all mark to "Resolve" ,....

Hello Bob, would it be possible to specify which symbols are missing, including any macros that provide them?

A temporary workaround could be to export to PDF, marking "print background objects"in the dialog.
