jira cloud configuration needed for Confluence page

Earlier, in confluence page it was configured from Jira Pramerica. 

Now we need Jira Cloud to configure our Confluence page.

Can you clarify your need here?

I assume "Jira Pramerica" is a Server/Data Center instance for your company, is that correct? What did it do to "configure" your Confluence page? And what do you need Jira Cloud to do?
