I assume "Jira Pramerica" is a Server/Data Center instance for your company, is that correct? What did it do to "configure" your Confluence page? And what do you need Jira Cloud to do?
Note: I removed the link from your question - most users on the Community are not Atlassian team members, and we would not be able to access a private Confluence instance.
