immigrant confluence to another server with one license

I want to immigrant confluence from one server to another.

But I have only one license.

During the immigration, may be, there will be two confluences in running status, for about one hour.

I want to know that, If i deployed the new site, What will happen to the old one?

Will the old one stop service immediately?

Can I turn the old one into "maintenance mode" and publsh one page tell the user "login later please"?
