Usually when people ask you to do that, they'll give you a little guidance on what to include in it.
Our lot has "create a profile page and talk about about yourself, get a photo in it so people have a face to spot, mention places you've worked (so if they come up as clients...), and broadly what skills you bring" - it's a social thing for us. I find it useful when I'm about to have a meeting with a new colleauge I've not met before, just to get a bit of background.
Failing any guidance, have a look at a few people's others, see what they've done and make your own version of it if you find a good one.
