how to join two labels with Content by label Macro

Hi,

I find how to exclude labels with minus but I don't find how to join (AND operator) labels. The '+' doesn't work like the minus.

in which version is this option available? 
I can't find the Option to enable CQL.

The easy way to do this is to choose the "Add a filter" link, then choose Label from the drop down list box.  Then specify the label you want ANDED in the box that appears.
