how to delete a faulty page

Hello,

I have created a new page and saved it with a title that created an address that can no longer be opened.
In the title I used special characters: "....Vergleich%3A+Standard+Dateien+-+Projekt+Dateien"

Now I can not view or edit this page (runtime error)

How can I delete this page?
