You can use Status or Resolution in you JQL Function pretty easy:

emm no. 

i want to get status (like "in progress", "open") via jql

e.g. i write (status where key=ux-2890) and in result i get "open"

it is real?

No, that JQL is wrong.  JQL is for finding issues, it is not for choosing what comes out of it.  The issue navigator gives you one set of fields when you give it some JQL, a gadget looks at another set, a board another set.  Internally, the result of JQL is nothing more than a pile of issues.

However, your question is simple.  "Key = ux-2890" will return a list of one item.  You give that to the issue navigator and ask it to display the status column for the results.
