I would like to import a file to a newly created space but cannot find import option.
Maybe I do not have a permission to do so. How can I check my permissions?
Hi @Jola welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Would you like to add an attachment (file/image) to a page?
To upload a file you'll need the Add Attachments space permission. Without this permission, the relevant option in the editing toolbar will not appear.
Please check with the Space Admin if this permission has been granted for you.
hi Dave,
thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I am able to add attachments but I would like to import a content of the file (not a file itself as an attachment). The file is in .PDF and has content with text, pictures etc. It has approx.230 pages and I do not want to do it one by one. Is it a way to do so?

You cannot import PDF documents directly as pages into Confluence.
You can however convert the PDF document to a Word document and import the Word document into Confluence.

OK, I can convert into a Word but I cannot see 'import tab'. Even if I click more actions menu (***) that means I do not have proper authorisations, right?
