how can i create pages with analyzable content

I have an idea to create a section with my customer documentation. For this I want to record in this area in pages per customer e.g. which software is used.
For this I would like to be able to display via a report or similar, which customers use all software XY?
Is this possible in Confluence somehow?

one option that comes to my mind would be to place the relevant information on the customer pages inside a page properties macro (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-macro-184550024.html) and to build an overview of these on a parent page by using the page properties report macrohttps://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/page-properties-report-macro-186089616.html
