hello we have 10 active employees and we want to use confluence We have 1000 documents count which membership is suitable for us.

With the free version of Cloud, you can have up to 10 users, and an unlimited number of pages. However, you won't be able to manage permissions individually on the pages. All of your pages on the free account are locked to the general public and available to your Confluence users.
