guest users in confluence cloud

Hi!

how is this feature exactly working? I have read about some limitation that a single guest can only access a space. does this means that a single person "John Doe" needs to consume 2 guest users seats to access 2 different spaces?

Can these guests be users from an AD or Access SSO from the company directory? Or that's a feature only for normal users?

Welcome to the community.

No a guest can access multiple spaces, if they are invited to the space.

You can have 5 guests per licensed Confluence user.

Yes these user can be AD or SSO users, if you have an integration setup with your AD these users can be in the directory already and can be set as guests
