getting error while using "jiraissue" macro

Hi,

When using "jiraissues:url" I am getting following error.

Errors were reported by the JIRA trusted connection.

  • BAD_REMOTE_IP; Request not allowed from IP address: {0}; ["155.180.8.32"]

Can anyone please help me how to get rid of this error.

Thanks,

Pushpkant Garg

Thanks Jeremy for your valued response.. The reason I was getting this error was incorrect usage of jiraissue macro. I missed to provide username/password which authenticates the Jira. So after adding the credentials... The error was gone,...

Thanks for posting your solution. I'll be curious if the problem comes back. I've seen similar issues where the problem is intermittent, so please re-post if it reoccurs.

Thanks for the URL provided by you. One question if I flush the cache "content Object" will it effect our application. I mean if application is up and I clear the cache.. what will happen to the application?

The Confluence cache isn't related to trusted applications, so you should be safe there.

I just noticed - you marked this as 'ondemand' but this likely isn't a solution that'd apply to OnDemand. Are you hosting your own instance of Confluence, or is it hosted by Atlassian? You'll know if the URL is .atlassian.net.
