failed to install APP on marketplace for Confluence

I tried to install Markdown in marketplace but got this error as shown in the image. I don't know what I should do to fix the problem.

1. operation system: mac osx

2. I used my own mac as the host.

Is this happening with other apps as well? This might be some temporary hicc-up of the Marketplace.
