exportDescriptor.properties and entities.xml files missing after space export

In Confluence 6.11.2, when I do a particular space export, the zip files DOESNOT contain exportDescriptor.properties and entities.xml in it. It only has attachments.

Thank you for contacting us about this. In general, this can be caused by lack of disk space, but there can be other causes.

I noticed that you raised the same question with the support team, but you closed the ticket before someone could respond. Could you let me know if you were able to resolve the case? If so, how was it resolved?

Hi @Shannon S ,

We had a cron job which would delete  the $conflunece_home/temp files which are older than 20 minutes. The  export was taking more than 20 minutes and downloaded files were getting deleted. Had to disable the job and re-try. I was successful.
