I have a page containing a list of newsletters as children and in each newsletter I have a table of contents. I want these TOC to show up in the Child pages macro of the parent page.
Therefore I tried to use the excerpt macro in each newsletter containing the table of contents of that newsletter.
Problem is that the TOC does not show up on each newsletter page. Other text in the excerpt does show up. (The hide excerpt on this page option is not checked)
On the parent page the TOC does not show up either when the Display preview option is set to Excerpt preview.
Work around
- Adding a TOC besides an excerpt with the TOC
- Setting the Display preview option is set to Page preview on the parent page
