Hey Vikram, thanks much for your prompt response! We have Confluence Cloud and I am the admin, so is my boss. We have two small groups of employees, each of them signing into Confluence with their own passwords.

One of the users must have clicked on the 2 factor authentication link and now no one can sign on without asking me for the code.

I need to disable the 2 factor authentication, but when I follow the directions, I do not have the option to click on "Can't use phone".
