cursor does not change when editing tables

In edit mode of a page, the cursor does not change so I can adjust the width of a column with the mouse. Regardless of whether the table is set to fixed or flexible width.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Thanks!

Few questions if you can please help to answer -

• Which confluence server version are you using ?
• Is this happening only on your machine or your colleagues as well ?
• If you try alternate browser what's the result ?

• We use Confluence 7.15.0 - I hope this is the version you meant...
• It only happens on my machine - at my colleagues it works fine...
• I tried serveral browsers - standard I use Chrome - but I also tried Edge, and IE, and I also tried the incognito mode, but this showed the same behavior...

Since its working for your colleagues and not you, it looks like some issue with your browser/system. Few more questions -

• Was this working for you earlier and suddenly stopped working ?
• If you try clearing browsers cache does that make any difference ?
• Do you have any other add-ons/extensions installed on your browser by any chance ? if yes, you can try disabling them as well.
• Lastly you can also check if your browser version is up to date or can also compare the version with your colleague's system.
