confluence usage

Hello guys, I have 3 questions to the use of confluence.
1) If Atlassian changes Customer Agreement and/or EULA – how does the Atlassian Customer notice this? Is there any information service?
2) Content Share between different Instances: Is it allowed to connect via API to a Confluence instance and copy the Content to another Confluence instance?
3)I s it possible to use any number of CPUs in the server or is there a limit?
Thx for Help!

  1. I am not sure about this
  2. Yes. You should have different licenses for both the instances though
  3. There is no limit. It depends on your data and the load.
