confluence mentions ,No user found.

Hi,

My confluence version is 4.3.5.

I had installed Chinese Language.

When I use @userloginid(english login id) ,system can't find user.

Only use @fullname(Chinese Name), System could find user.

I had disabled the Chinese Language plugin, but the mentions is also no function

If I understand correctly you are frustrated about the fact that you have to type the user's full name when mentioning the user. Which is, however, how mentions are supposed to work.

Do you think you can check this page and see if it sheds any light to your question?

Thanks, I had knew the Confluence mentions only support full name.

Note: Use the person's full name. The user mention feature recognises the full name only, not the username.

why just fullname，in chinese， the username is useful than full name。this function would be like jira’s mention。
