I'm not sure what specific configuration you've deleted but we'll probably need to edit the current directory configuration on Confluence or even add a new JIRA directory.
As you currently can't login, we'll need to login to Confluence using the internal administrator. In case you're not sure what is the internal administrator, please refer to the following guide in order to recover the admin credentials: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Restore+Passwords+To+Recover+Admin+User+Rights
