confluence hangs whenever tries to view ppt macro document

Currently confluence 7.12.1 installed on ubuntu 18.04

Whenever a user tries to visit a page which has ppt macro, confluence stops and need to restart. 

There is no problem visiting any other pages without ppt macro. 

Any solution?

What is the memory on the server doing when the PPT plugin runs?  It sounds like you might be running out of memory.  Are you seeing anything in the logs?
