confluence access failed

Hi All

We had an access failure in confluence this afternoon, and an error was found in the check log. According to the official document check, the database table (cwd_application) was empty, and the index (cwd_app_dir_mapping) was "null".

I adjust according to the following

1.https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/unable-to-log-in-to-confluence-715261580.html

2. https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/confluence-returns-system-error-due-to-invocation-of-method-isshowsignup-in-class-com-atlassian-confluence-user-actions-loginaction-threw-exception-java-lang-nullpointerexception-at-login-vm-693899125.html

The service started normally, but we could not log in. We checked the database and found that the cwd_user table was empty (we had done LDAP integration before, and users could log in with domain account and password). It was normal for us to use yesterday, but we started to encounter problems today

my sql version is 5.7.38

my confluence version is 7.13.2

@arno sounds like more has happened than what you are seeing in the logs.  Was there any database issues or application server issues?
