confiform smart multi row not working "+" is not working for some users who have view access

I have confiform smart multi row tables 

where when user is trying to fill details in the column using smart multi tab ans click "+" sign it's not expanding. 

for me it's working but for other user whose having view level acces is not working.

earlier it was working for them , I did not change any access level in that page.

can someone advise me on this pls.

it's bit urgent.

Do they have access to the form (page and fields) that your smart multi-select field is using?

thanks for reply.

 i think so they are able to submit the form and they have access to view in confulence level but only smart functionality is not working for them.

I hope you understand that it is near to impossible to diagnose and help with something that was "working before" and "suddenly stopped working" 

Without even seeing what you have and hearing "i think so they are able to submit the form..."

is there any access level configuration I can check at my level ,

like confulence_users should have some access flag need to on or do I need to add all user in that space which I created a form and give accesses.

Users need to have at least view access on the pages where you have your forms defined to be able to use them
