confiform Formview fields resorting

I have a formview setup, and the layout is exactly as I want it. However when I click in the first field the fields on the formview change order. I have no idea why this is happening. 

When I look at the field in question on the formview (dataentry mode) there is a sort button appearing beside the field, but I have NOT got any sort options set.

I've checked the field definitions, the field rules, the formview, the table view, the view controls, the edit controls and there are no sort options set anywhere.

Does anyone know why this is happening? What could be causing it and how to fix it so that the formview fields do not reorder themselves??

Nevermind, I figured it out, the person doing the form forgot to delete the header row on the table when they created the form.
