Some of our employees cannot access to JIRA suddenly.
We didn't deactivate our employees' accounts but it is deactivate now and don't know how to activate it again.

Could you please share the screen shot for better understanding of the issue.
Your organization Jira Admin can assist you by checking the current license period or if any internal Jira (Cloud) migrations happened and has caused the issue etc.
