can't mention user confluence cloud

Hi Team,

I am trying to mention a user for my confluence space, i use confluence cloud. However, I am not able to get the @mention to work. Whenever I type @username, the search box does not appear to select a user. Since this is Confluence Cloud, there is no rebuilding index option. i already input the user on our workgroup, but still the same. but other users are able to use the mention feature. can you help us with this issue?

of course. he's already have an access and have a member too
